SALON POLICIES

Please read through our policies when choosing to become a client at The Vine Hair.

Your happiness is at the forefront of everything we do, and these policies allow us to provide you with the best experience possible, while running a smooth schedule.

 

NEW CLIENT POLICY

All new clients are required, at the time of booking to pay a non-refundable booking fee (25% of scheduled appointment) to secure a time.

This will then be deducted from your total bill at your appointment.

Booking fee is transferable with more than 24hours notice.

 

CANCELATION POLICY

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment or a fee of 50% of the service you are booked in for will be charged.

This allows us time to fill your appointment space.  No shows or less than 6 hours notice will be charged the full amount of scheduled appointment.

Please note, this includes changes to your appointment.  Eg. Being booked for colour + cut but just wanting colour.

You will be required to pay this fee before another appointment can be made.

 

RE-DO POLICY

We strive to make your hair and your experience amazing from start to finish at The Vine Hair.

A thorough consult with our expert stylists should avoid any miscommunication. However, if you are not 100% happy with your experience, please contact the salon within 7 days of your appointment to discuss your concerns. We would love the opportunity to rectify any problems, so you love everything about your experience at The Vine.

Please note, we cannot offer refunds/free re-dos for change of mind after your service is complete.
